Facts
We at DJ's Auto Painting & Collision would like to share a few facts about getting your car repaired. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
1. No law requires you to get more than one estimate on the cost to repair of your vehicle.
2. You are not obligated to use any body shop to receive repairs. You choose the body shop and authorize the repairs to be done to your vehicle.
3. There is a large difference between body shops. Any body shop can give a lower price by leaving out parts. Our people are "Craftsmen" and will do a great job of restoring your vehicle at a fair price.
4. You don't have to accept the insurance company's appraisal of damage. Check the "Appraisal Clause" in your policy on how to help you resolve any differences.
5. You are responsible for the cost of repairs on your vehicle. Financial arrangments must be completed before the vehicle can be delivered when repairs are finished.
